npm으로 node.js 모듈을 install하다 이런 오류가 발생할 경우

npm notice Changelog: https://github.com/npm/cli/releases/tag/v10.8.2 Unknown command: "notice"

npm ERR! errno -13
Unknown command: "ERR!"
아래 명령어 실행 후 다시 install을 시도하면 잘 될 수도 있다~
npm cache clean --force
